GENERAL TOS
• Please tell me what you want with every detail first and foremost.
• You can add any extra details BEFORE i start the commission.
• After i start, you have 3 revisions per artwork. This can be increased with a certain amount of extra fee.
• Have a good reference of the character you want drawn. (unless it's character creating. In which case, you can use concepts and ideas.)
• Major changes to the arkwork can only be requested during the sketch phase.
• If urgency is a concern, kindly specify during the commission request, though prompt delivery cannot be guaranteed.
• Updates on the project will be provided, and excessive inquiries for progress updates are discouraged.
• Unauthorized use of the art for NFTs or AI applications is strictly prohibited.
USAGE OF THE PRODUCT
CAN'T
• You CANNOT share the NSFW artwork publicly on any platform.
• You CANNOT edit, trace, recolor or repurpose the artwork without prior consent.
• You CANNOT claim anything as yours.
• You CANNOT use the product for political or discriminative reasons.
• You CANNOT sell the product to others without prior consent.CAN
• You CAN share non NSFW artwork online, but credit to me is required.
• You CAN use the artwork as promotional content.
• You CAN use the artwork for personal use, such as profile photos, banners, emotes etc.
• You CAN use the artwork to create Live2D edits.
• You CAN use the artwork as reference.

Avatar ToS
GENERAL TOS
• When you contact me, please let me know all of the things you want on your avatar in a list, with as much detail as possible. I will decide if i can make your avatar or not accordingly, then proceed to take the payment.
• During the process of making the avatar, i will be in frequent contact with you. You are free to ask for additional details or changes in this stage, UNLESS they are too drastic. In which case i will either ask for a certain amount of extra fee, or ask you to request something else.
• After i send the files over, you can only request more changes with a certain amount of extra fee. Otherwise the avatar is done, and i will not be revisioning any further.
• When i reach out and communicate with you, if you do not respond within 7 days your commission will be terminated and i will move onto the other commissions.
• If the added requests start piling up and becoming more than what was first agreed upon, i may ask for additional fees.
• If urgency is a concern, kindly specify during the commission request. Though prompt delivery is unlikely, i will make deliver the avatar faster.
• Updates on the project will be provided, and excessive inquiries for progress updates are discouraged.
• Unauthorized use of the art for NFTs or AI applications is strictly prohibited.
USAGE OF THE PRODUCT

• You CAN upload the avatar as public as long as you credit me in the description.
